Fabricating the Percolator Stand - Alex Chops Steel

Well one thing always leads to another aye? I finally found a percolator so now I need a stand to put over over fire ring to hold it. I had some old drops of steel so i thought I would throw something together. It was also a good chance to teach Alex how to use the chop saw. Music; "Persephone" by snowflake (feat. Ewan's Dirty Old Town (with added crud and smoke)

Ewan McColl was born of Scottish parents and the song "Dirty Old Town" was written about the English town Salford where he was raised, but because of the song's association with The Dubliners and The Pogues, most people tend to think of it as an Irish song, and as such, in Ireland the lyrics are popularly thought to refer to Dublin,-- or Derry Perhaps McColl's most famous song besides "Dirty Old Town" is "The first time ever I saw your face" which was recorded by Roberta Flack and became a hit for her. Dirty Old Town By Ewan McColl I met my love by the gas works wall Dreamed a dream by the old canal Kissed a girl by the factory wall Dirty old town Dirty old town Clouds a drifting across the moon Cats a prowling on their beat Spring's a girl in the street at night Dirty old town Dirty old town Heard a siren from the docks Saw a train set the night on fire Smelled the spring on the smoky wind Dirty old town Dirty old town I'm going to make me a good sharp axe Shining steel tempered in the fire Will chop you down like an old dead tree Dirty old town Dirty old town

The Dewalt DG7000B Heavy Duty Generator - Power to Run the Big Tools

!±8± The Dewalt DG7000B Heavy Duty Generator - Power to Run the Big Tools

If you are looking for a generator for your house or shop, the Dewalt DG7000B is one of the most popular generators available. The DG7000B will give you 7000 watts of power from its gasoline engine, which is twenty percent better than its competition. But even with this kind of output the DG70008B can run for hours on just one fuel-up. Its eighteen volt battery is more than able to get the generator going. This battery can be charged either from a regular household plug-in or from the gas powered engine as it is running.

The Dewalt DG7000B generator does not lack at all in producing power with its 389 cc engine. And to make that energy useful to you, it has two outlets for you to plug into. This generator can run at one hundred twenty or two hundred forty volts, so it's ready to provide power for almost any construction site tool. And the DG7000B is designed with the most rugged construction so the rigors of the construction site or daily use in the garage will not harm it.

Since the Dewalt DG7000B generator produces one hundred twenty or two hundred forty volts of AC power, there is no need to get special equipment for tools that use different voltages to plug into it. And for convenience of travel, Dewalt has included the appropriate handles in the frame that can be used for lifting the two hundred and eighty two pounds that make this generator as powerful as it is. Dewalt has not neglected aesthetics either, as they have made the DG7000B to be a very nice looking addition to either your private garage or professional place of business. You won't be disappointed in the paint job it comes with either, as it is very pleasing to look at.

The DG7000B review guarantees that this generator will do all Dewalt claims it will do. This generator puts out 7000 watts of power for use with industrial power tools. If you're looking for a generator with less wattage to use as a replacement for house current in case the electricity from the power company shuts off, Dewalt has smaller generators especially suited to those needs too. Of course none of this stuff makes any difference if you can't get the generator started. So Dewalt paid special attention to the battery powered starter, which will carry more than enough power to get the DG7000B going even in the hottest or coldest conditions. The Dewalt DG7000B generator's battery is top of the line, because it has to be top of the line to make the DG7000B effective as either an emergency tool or work place tool.

Since the DG7000B is self-cooled, its engine can be pushed to almost twenty four hour a day performance without the need to shut down. There's not much for you to worry about. Just keep the oil clean by changing it when it needs changed, and regularly check to make sure the levels aren't low, and your DG7000B will do the job Dewalt, a fine maker of tools, designed it to do for you.
